Stay to Play Policy
This event has a “Stay to Play" hotel policy. All attendees/groups in need of hotels are required to book them through our housing partner, Pellucid Travel, in order to participate in the tournament.
This policy helps to ensure sufficient availability at quality hotels, and the best available rates.

Two Road Trip Events
​
*Teams are not eligible for a BOGO if one or more of the tournaments they'd like to attend is within 90 miles of their home rink*

1. Teams must register for two "out of town" events with Nickel City Hockey. An "out of town" event is considered to be a tournament that a hotel stay is required to participate.
2. Full Payment is due within 30 days of registration. If events chosen are not the same price, your team will be charged for the higher priced event.
3. This offer only applies with a minimum of 30 paid room nights per event. A paid “room night” is 1 room for 1 night (i.e. 15 rooms paid for 2 nights would equal 30 room nights). “Paid room nights” are only those submitted, finalized, and paid for in accordance with requirements appearing on Nickel City Hockey’s Rooming List Form. Any booking outside of the available room blocks is prohibited and will result in disqualification from the event.
4. If a team’s second leg of the BOGO promotion cannot be fulfilled due to competitive incompatibility, affected teams may choose another “out of town” event during the same season or receive a 25% refund of the paid entry fee if 30 “paid room nights” were previously achieved.
5. Teams that withdraw from their second scheduled event less than 60 days prior to the start of the tournament will not receive a refund for any hotel rooms booked.
6. Other Nickel City Hockey discounts, such as, but not limited to, multiple teams or multiple tournament discounts, may not be applied in conjunction with the BOGO promotion.

One Local Event + One Road Trip Event

Pay Full Price for the local event and receive a $250.00 USD discount for the road trip event.

If events chosen are not the same price, your team will be charged full price for the higher priced event.
