A $400 USD deposit must be received within 14 days of approval in order to secure your spot in the tournament. Full payment is due 45 days prior to the start of the tournament.

Include your team name, what tournament you're paying for, a contact name, and phone number in case there is a question.
PayPal, Venmo, and Cash App are also accepted. If you'd like to use these methods, please contact the Tournament Director.
If cancelled within 45 days of the event, no refund will be issued. If cancelled greater than 45 days before an event, a $400 USD cancellation fee applies.
All cancellations must be received in writing to Matt Peters at firstname.lastname@example.org
If the tournament is cancelled, or a legislative travel ban is in place, due to restrictions arising from the COVID-19 pandemic, teams may request a full refund or apply all payments toward a future event.
If the tournament is operating, and/or teams are able to travel, there will be no refunds issued.
