Payments

A $500 USD deposit must be received within 14 days of approval in order to secure your spot in the tournament.  Full payment is due 45 days prior to the start of the tournament.

 

Payment can be made via credit card, using the account created when registering. Checks can be made payable to Nickel City Hockey and mailed to:

Include your team name, what tournament you're paying for, a contact name, and phone number in case there is a question.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled within 45 days of the event, no refund will be issued.  If cancelled greater than 45 days before an event, a $500 USD cancellation fee applies.

All cancellations must be received in writing to nickelcityhcky@gmail.com
